I recently stayed at Dwell Living in Sunderland for a few nights and I couldn't have been happier. The apartment was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, and the beds were so comfortable. The shower was a good size and had great heating. Parking was easy to find and the location was perfect - just a short walk into town, with bus stops nearby and a park close by. The host was also fantastic, always available and very personable.

Excellent home base for exploring Sunderland. Peaceful location and free parking. Set in a nice quiet area really close to the garden as well as a nice quiet area with easy access to city centre. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets available...

This place was a great base for my trip to Sunderland and I was happy with my stay.

On the whole, it’s lovely place for having fun and exploring Sunderland. The apartment is great, in the middle of the city.

The beds were comfortable, and the shower was good. The apartment is conveniently located near the town centre and in a quiet area. The decor was decent, with new carpets and freshly painted walls in some places. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it much. it was clean and suited our needs for a short stay.

Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür und die Lage war ideal, um die Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war köstlich und wurde individuell nach unseren Wünschen zusammengestellt. Wir waren wirklich beeindruckt von der Qualität der Produkte und der Vielfalt der Auswahl. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel perfekt und wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The decor was decent, with fresh carpets and newly painted walls in some spots. The location was awesome, on a quiet street in a nice area, and we had a top floor apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed , and the whole place was super clean. The beds were comfy, the shower was GREAT, and it was close to the town center. Sure, the seagulls were a bit loud, but hey, that's nature for you. Plus, they had free wi-fi, off-site parking, a dryer, and all the kitchen utensils we could ask for. Oh, and did I mention the flat-screen TV and the outdoor dining area? No pets allowed and no smoking on-site, which is cool by me. All in all, a really pleasant stay!

There were some issues experienced by guests, such as problems with the entry key and a strong smell in the apartment.
